The Bident dental clinic (str. Gheorghe Asachi 49a, Chișinău, Moldova) respects visitors' privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through bident.md, why, and your rights.

What we collect

• Usage analytics — we use our own first-party analytics, with no third-party scripts. When you accept, we store anonymous identifiers in your browser (localStorage/sessionStorage) and, server-side, your IP address, approximate country/city, device type and the pages you view.
• Booking form — your name, phone, email, requested service and message, along with the page and source you arrived from, so we can contact you.

Cookies & local storage

We use no advertising cookies. Analytics starts only after your consent; your choice is kept in your browser (bident_consent key). You can change it any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Legal basis & purpose

We process data based on your consent (analytics) and to answer your booking requests. We do not sell data or use it for advertising profiling.

Retention

Analytics events are deleted automatically after 90 days. Form data is kept only as long as needed to provide the services you requested.

Who has access

Data is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure and is accessible only to the Bident clinic team. We do not share it with ad networks.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object, and to withdraw consent at any time. For any request, email us at bidentlux@gmail.com.
